Mark de Figueiredo is Director, Office of Policy, Analysis and Engagement, U.S. Department of Energy Office of Carbon Management. He received his S.B., S.M., and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
