C. David (Dave) Myers was named the ninth President of the Johnson Controls Building Efficiencybusiness on Dec. 9, 2005.

Previously, he served as CEO for YORK International. Mr. Myers joined York in 1994 as Director of Financial Planning and Controls. That same year, he became Director of Finance, Airside Products Group. He was promoted to Corporate Controller in 1995 and then became Vice President of Finance, Engineered Systems Group in 1998. In 2000, he was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and then became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Mr. Myers was promoted to President and CEO in 2004.

He is a C.P.A. and a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
