Dan is a Director in Frontier’s Energy Practice.  He has worked extensively either for Governments and investors on  low carbon hydrogen.  He led work to design a market-based approach to stimulating production of low carbon gas for the European Federation of Energy traders, has advised governments on the design of support regimes for hydrogen production, has led work for gas transmission businesses on the implications of different scenarios of hydrogen use for network regulation, and is advising European electricity transmission operators on the use of hydrogen to provide flex to the electricity network.
