Frank Katulak is President & Chief Operating Officer for Distrigas of Massachusetts, LLC.  He is responsible for the overall management of the Everett LNG Terminal and the Neptune Deepwater Port.   He has more than 30 years in the natural gas industry, including extensive LNG operational experience.

Frank represents GDF SUEZ on LNG Technical Committees at GIIGNL, the international gas importers group, and CLNG, a US LNG industry association. He is also a member of the NFPA 59A Committee. 

Frank has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union, a JD from Brooklyn Law School, and is admitted to practice in New York State.
