Hank Adair is the utility director for the Farmington Electric Utility System (FEUS).  His responsibilities include all aspects of the Utility function. 

After over twenty years in the investor owned utility sector, Hank joined public power endeavors with FEUS five years ago.  As director of the Utility, Mr. Adair now leads a group of 180 individuals as they work tirelessly to improve safety, reliability, environmental stewardship, cost, and customer service within the organization. 

Hank served in a variety of roles throughout his IOU tenure in the sector primarily in generation focused in operations, maintenance, and outage planning, engineering, and planning functions.  Focused initiatives managed include improvement of critical equipment lifecycle program, implementation of root cause analysis, capital project improvement modification, improvement of operator rounds, predictive maintenance program improvement, and an engineering system ownership model.

Hank holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.  He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New Mexico.   H
