Biography: 

Jennifer Kramb supports the DOE Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs in serving as a liaison with state, local, and Tribal government officials as well as other Federal agencies and stakeholder groups. She joined DOE in 2016 as an Energy Technology Program Specialist in the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy office.  Ms. Kramb was previously Vice President of Operations at the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. She has a M.A. in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development from the UN University for Peace, a M.A. in International Affairs from American University, and a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. She is also an Army veteran.
