Julia is a Managing Director at London Economics International LLC with more than 20 years of experience providing expert insights and consulting services in the power sector  and other infrastructure industries, including gas pipelines and distribution. She has worked extensively in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia on a range of issues in the electricity sector, including investment and commercial strategy, resource planning and market design.  Julia co-leads LEI’s Clean Energy and Energy Transition practice, advising stakeholders and policymakers on policy options to achieve decarbonization goals and cost effectively and reliably transition toward a sustainable clean energy future.
