He has more than 20 years of experience in the renewable energy industry as a developer, executive, investor, and attorney. He began his career as an attorney at the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. He served as Chairman of Kenetech Corporation since August 1999. He has been a Director of MDC Acquisition Partners Inc. since 2001. He served as Director of Kenetech Corporation since March 1996. Mr. Lerdal holds a J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law and graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics.
