Sara Mullen-Trento, Ph.D, Senior Technical Leader with the Electric Power Research Institute, will share EPRI’s customer and community resilience research framework and its implications. EPRI’s Resilience Initiative addresses the needs of a broad stakeholder community by capturing perspectives from customers, policy makers, and utilities.  This comprehensive research initiative builds on their portfolio of foundational research in threat and vulnerability assessment, mitigation measures, understanding customer preferences, and resource valuation, and will maximize technology transfer to regulators, customer- and community-organizations through education, tools, and pilot projects.
