Mr. Vello Kuuskraa, President of Advanced Resources International, has over 40 years of experience with energy technologies and economics.   Having written over 100 technical papers and reports, he is an internationally acknowledged expert on new energy resources.  He currently serves on two advisory bodies to the Secretary of Energy -- the National Petroleum Council and the National Coal Council.  He also serves on the Board of the University of Wyoming’s School of Energy Resources and as the Chairman of the Advisory Board to the Carbon Capture Project.
